In such cases, we will always preserve the style, theme, and color harmony, using only flowers of equal or greater value. We do not assume responsibility for the bouquet after successful delivery. If the recipient is not available to accept the order and the bouquet is left at the door or at the designated drop-off location, any damage or loss that may occur after drop-off is not covered by us.
