We do not assume responsibility for the bouquet after successful delivery. If the recipient is not available to accept the order and the bouquet is left at the door or at the designated drop-off location, any damage or loss that may occur after drop-off is not covered by us. Please ensure that the recipient is available to receive the delivery or provide clear instructions for a safe drop-off location
