Cancellation policy

Some items and services offered on our website may require advance ordering or special preparation. This cancellation policy explains how these types of purchases can be changed or cancelled.

Pre-orders
When you place a pre-order, you are reserving flowers that may be out of stock or available at a future date. We source fresh flowers specifically for your order, including rare or limited varieties.
Payments for pre-orders are non-refundable. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled because fresh flowers cannot be returned to suppliers, and they are often purchased several days or even a week in advance.
Once flowers have been reserved from our suppliers, the order is considered final.

Custom orders
Many of our arrangements are custom-made. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, as flowers and materials are purchased specifically for your arrangement.
If you wish to modify details of your order, we will do our best to assist you. However, changes can only be made before the order is handed over to the courier. After the order has been transferred to the courier, changes are no longer possible.

Returns and refunds
Because flowers are perishable, returns are not accepted after delivery.
If your arrangement arrives damaged or does not match the description, you may contact us within 2 hours of delivery and provide photos for review. We will determine whether a partial or full refund is applicable.

Courier transfer
Once the order is handed over to the courier, responsibility for the condition, handling, and timely arrival of the arrangement transfers to the customer.
We are not responsible for delays, weather, traffic conditions, or the courier’s handling of the order after it has left our studio.
