Returns
All products from Muse Floral Studio are final sale and cannot be returned. Our floral arrangements and balloon products are custom-made for each order and are considered perishable and personalized goods therefore returns or exchanges are not accepted.
If there is any issue with your order, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery so we can review the situation and assist you.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong order. This allows us to evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly. Since our products include fresh flowers and balloons, any concerns must be reported within 2 hours of delivery. We may request photos of the product at the time of delivery to properly assess the issue and assist you.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued if the order was not fulfilled or if an error occurred on our side. If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
