Each Muse bouquet is a unique creation by our florists, making every arrangement one-of-a-kind. Occasionally, due to seasonality or market conditions, substitutions of certain flowers may be necessary. In such cases, we will always preserve the style, theme, and color harmony, using only flowers of equal or greater value. If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to confirm availability

We do not assume responsibility for the bouquet after successful delivery. If the recipient is not available to accept the order and the bouquet is left at the door or at the designated drop-off location, any damage or loss that may occur after drop-off is not covered by us. Please ensure that the recipient is available to receive the delivery or provide clear instructions for a safe drop-off location
